Bio
David Foley was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his B.A. from the University of New Orleans and went on to earn his M.F.A. at the University of Colorado, Boulder. A full time artist, Foley currently lives in Colorado, where he finds inspiration for his paintings in the ever-changing scenery.
